How to add private notes to a contact

Add private notes to store any important information for any contacts to use in the future.

Step 1: On your PC Go to ContactBook, And Log In with your account.

Step 2: Select a contact in which you want to add private notes. And, Click on Notes.

Step 3: Now click on the add note icon to add your note.

Step 4: Write the note which you want to save. Make it private by enabling private your note, And then click on add note to save it.

Step 5: Wow! Your note has been added to contact successfully. You can manage it now by clicking on other options.

i.e.

  1. You can see all the notes with the Date and Time.
  2. You can remove that note by clicking on the Remove

Note: You can add as many notes as you want in single contacts and in as many contacts as you want. Private Note is not available in the basic plan.
