Why This Update Matters
Up until now, if you wanted to assign a tag or add a contact to a group, you had to do it one by one, not ideal when you’re handling dozens (or thousands) of contacts.
Now, with just a few taps, you can select multiple contacts and instantly:
- Assign them to one or more Groups
- Add relevant Tags
- Organize and categorize your network, all on the go
This isn’t just a feature - it’s a productivity multiplier.
How It Works
Step 1: Open the ContactBook mobile app
Make sure you’re running the latest version (available on Android and iOS).
Step 2: Select Contacts
Navigate to your contact list and tap on the contacts and select contacts.
Step 3: Tap “Assign” from the three dots
Use the action bar at the right side besides export button (three dots) and click on manage groups or tags to quickly assign selected contacts to Groups or Tags.
Step 4: Save & Done
Hit apply and that’s it, your contacts are now organized the smart way.
